Samsung Beat SGH-T539Here are the instructions to unlock the Samsung Beat T539 from T-Mobile USA. The unlock code is an 8 digit number obtained from T-Mobile’s SIM Unlock Department based on the IMEI number.

Thank you for taking the time to contact T-Mobile. Below you will see the Instructions for unlocking your Samsung device.

NOTE: If you receive an error message while performing the instructions below, stop. Please be aware that if an excessive amount of incorrect attempts are made, the phone will be permanently locked. Verify the IMEI by pressing *#06# and submit a new request.

1. Enter #, 0, 1, 1, 1, *, [unlock code], #
2. Press the SEND key and the display should read, “Personalization Canceled”

NOTE: “Not Yet Personalized” will be displayed if it has already been unlocked

  • Sorry, the info provided is only the unlock codes, no re-programming of the device itself.

    How do you reprogram the soft keys on a samsung t739? anyway possible?
  • The IMEI is not the same as the Subsidy Unlock Code. You need to call T-Mobile with the IMEI number and request a Subsidy Unlock Code. The code will be 8 digits.

    No need to enter the commas, just follow the instructions without the commas.

    I did followed the instructions to unlock the cell phone, but a message appears saying : "Blocked Telephone", take it to the Tecnical Department.

    355812011****/7 01 This is the IMEI number , but there is more than 8 numbers, so please let me know which are the 8 numbers you are talking about...

    After the instructions regarding how to verify the IMEI there are two more steps. The first one says to enter #, and then a comma appears, but I don't know how to enter the comma, so please let me know if I need to place a comma after the # symbol.
