On the AT&T Network, to unlock the Pantech C520 Breeze:
- Insert non AT&T or Cingular SIM card
- Power on the device
- The display will show “Change SIM” and Left Soft Key will be labeled “Unlock”
- Press Left Soft Key - A “Password” box will appear on display
- Enter Unlock Code (8 digit code)*
- Press “OK” - Center Soft Key
- The device will display “rebooting” and then power cycle
- The device is now unlocked
*The 8 digit code can be obtained by calling AT&T Technical Support and given the representative the IMEI number. In exchange they will give you the Subsidy Unlock Code.

When i turn on the phone it does not say anything for the left softkey pad.. what can I do to unlock this phone ?

You might need to contact AT&T Technical Support or the store where you purchased it from; they might be able to switch the device for one that *will* display an option for the Left soft keypad.
