Motorola V9x RAZR2

Here are instructions on how to unlock the Motorola V9x (RAZR2) from AT&T:

Here are the instructions:

  • Insert a non-AT&T SIM
  • Power on the Device
  • After the device boots, it will display with Subsidy Network Password
  • Enter the 16-digit number* (This is a unique Subsidy Unlock Code to the device)
  • Press OK
  • if the Password is valid it will begin looking for a signal and connecting the network, based on the SIM
  • Unlock completed.

*The 16 digit code can be obtained by calling AT&T Technical Support and given the representative the IMEI number. The IMEI number for your specific device can be obtained by the following: *#06#

You will need this number in order to obtain the Subsidy Unlock Code from AT&T.
