Earlier this week, I noticed that my RSS Feed conversion was not going well. So I decided to unplug Feedburner and try and use the one from WordPress. After the uncoupling from Feedburner, the RSS Feed URL of Continue Reading →http://www.mobileslate.com/blog/feed/ seemed to be working well in a web browser, Google Reader, and but not on My Yahoo! or TwitterFeed.

Based on the overwhelming response about Subsidy Unlock Instructions for the LG CU920 and LG CU915, I finally got around to helping all those who have been coming to my blog asking about the LG CU915 and CU920 (Vu) with network configuration questions, beyond the Subsidy Unlock instructions.
169 Comments about my post on How to Subsidy Unlock Samsung SGH-T919 (Behold) and it appears that T-Mobile Customer Care and AT&T Technical Support are of no help.
So I created this post to show you the steps to access the Network Configuration menus. Continue Reading →
A days ago, my friend Mikko (@alasaarela) was telling me all about the people following him on twitter. But it started getting ridiculous when he showed me this picture on his iPhone: Continue Reading →

After my latest Apple iPhone OS Update went badly (click here), I was a little skeptical when I got the above message on Tuesday, February 3rd asking me to update to version 2.2.1. So I actually decided to delay it for a few days until asking around. Today I finally took the plunge.
Although, like many iPhone users who are wanting some key features added, this was all that was said about the fixes released in this update:

I guess it will be a long while…maybe version 2.5 before some significant features are added?!?
The update seemed to take less time and was quite to update. It still went through a reboot to activate all the changes, but when the iPhone started up again, I received this message in my iTunes (see below):

Change settings for my Mobile Operator? My iPhone has not been “jailbroken” and I didn’t switch SIM cards, so while the message seemed suspect, I figured I should hit OK anyway. I seem to recall experiencing some issues for the past two days when my iPhone was acting up when trying to use Google Maps and sporadically my email client. It kept giving me an error message “Could Not Connect to the Internet” but clearly it was retrieving my email and allowing me to tweet.
So far everything is operating normally which is great. Any word on when and what will be in 2.2.2??

Caroline Lewko at WIP Connector is hosting another WIP Mobile Jam at 2009 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on Thursday, February 19, 2009. To sign up, click here.
If you have not been to a Mobile Jam before, they are perhaps some of the more refreshing topics and conversations about mobile.

Sorry for the delay in getting this to people, but here is the list of events so far, during Mobile World Congress 2009 in Barcelona. I am expecting this list to change a bit as it gets closer and I hear from more people, but it looks like Tuesday, is the day to amp up your Redbull, Monster, coffee, whatever can gets you to party all day and night.
