Instructions

  • Power on without SIM
  • Type in #7465625*638*Unlock code# (8 digit unlock code*)
  • Device should say: “Network Lock Deactivated”
  • Phone may automatically reboot

Samsung SGH-F480 Tocco Unlock

*The 8 digit code can be obtained by calling the Mobile Operator Customer Care Department and given the representative the IMEI number. In exchange they will give you the Subsidy Unlock Code. Alternatively, you can go online and seek out a Subsidy Unlock site.

To obtain the IMEI number press *#06# on your mobile device.

    leteropyfrom: You might need to perform a Master Reset. You can either talk to your mobile operator's customer support or visit a store to help you out.

    hey man, found a samsung SGH- F480 touch screen model. cant get in contact with owner and want to use it. but when i put my sim in cant seem to unlock the network lock even with the instructions provided on this link. when the sim card is out cant find the network unlock option, when sim is in, after putting in my own pin it goes to network lock pin but the code provided doesnt fit in the space nor does it allow me to enter an astras or any other character. im assuming im in the wrong option. can you help me with this please????

    cw83: Not sure if I understand this correctly, but you attempting to unlock the device with a code that you have received specifically for a subsidy unlock? Or are you just using a SIM pin code? Each phone has a unique subsidy unlock code, there is no universal subsidy unlock code.

    Hey, I tried do this and It says "Network Lock Deactivated" but the phone does not reboot or anything, its like I never wrote the code! so what can I do?

    Jaaz: If the device says: Network Lock Deactivated, then the device has been subsidy unlock already.

    my phone say its in freeze wont let me unlock how do i get around that

    eric: Please reply by telling me the exact key sequence, it should be "freeze" if done correctly.

    qasimu: Unfortunately, there is no universal Subsidy Unlock Code for the device. Each device has their own unique code. You need to either contact your mobile operator or perhaps use an Online Subsidy Unlock service.
