On the AT&T Network, to unlock the Pantech C150:
Insert non AT&T or Cingular SIM card
Power on the device
The display will show “Change SIM” and Left Soft Key will be labeled “Unlock”
Press Left Soft Key - A “Password” box will appear on display
Enter Unlock Code (16 digit code)*
