TripJane, FB and twitter

Eric's picture on TripJane Thanks to @pietari who told me about my picture being using for TripJane, a social travel service (they have a Facebook application). If you click on the image above, you’ll see my Facebook profile pic is placed somewhere in Siberia! Although I’ve never visited that part of the world, (with this service I eventually could) – or see online pics from other people.

Out of curiosity, I asked the folks at TripJane how they got my photo. One of the founders, Dani, responded to my inquiry:

Well, I replied that I would be interested in signing up for their Alpha product on Facebook and hopefully I can meet up with Dani and Ana, the founders, and get some news to report back. In the meantime, below is their Facebook app (Alpha).
