If you enter a bad code for three or more times, the phone will not allow submitting codes. But you can reset the key code counter with Nokia BB5 Service (freeware and very easy to use) and than be able to submit codes again, so don’t panic.

Khanh: if you enter the wrong code multiple times, it will permanently lock the phone.
